1. Here is an excellent site with some wonderful options for you.

2. did you try the clean n clear set? it works really good. within a day it gets better and within a week most of mine was gone.

WONDERFUL!

3. I was also having the same problem, Once I started to exercise regularly and eat less fatty food, my acne began to really clear up. I can not say that it went away completely right away. That would be a big fat lie. But it did get steadily better, until it was really not that bad.

4. Apply tea tree oil to the area several times each day. Some research indicates that tea tree oil is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, the number one over-the-counter acne treatment.

5. Oily skin can cause pimples, rough pores, blackheads and other embarrassing blemishes.

This condition is caused when the sebaceous glands are overactive and begin producing excess oil. This makes the skin shiny and causes the pores to become enlarged. This condition can be caused by heredity, diet, hormone levels, certain cosmetics, excessive exposure to humidity and heat, pregnancy and birth control pills.

While mostly prevalent in teenagers because of changing hormonal activity, it can affect people at any age. However, as people outgrow adolescence their skin becomes dryer, thus decreasing the amount of oily skin and blemishes. Its not uncommon for a young person to see their skin progressively improve once they enter their twenties.

6. apricot scrub works really good for minor acne... if u have fairly oily skin consider buying a couple of products from the Biore acne treatment line and use once

7. Skinoren (Azelaic Acid) This medication is used in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.

Tretinoin is used in the treatment of acne. It reduces the formation of pimples and promotes quick healing of pimples that do develop, especially in the case of blackheads, pimples and papules.

Accutane (Isotretinoin) This medication is used to treat severe cystic acne (also known as nodular acne) that has not responded to other treatment (e.g., benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin applied to the skin or tetracycline or minocycline taken by mouth). It belongs to a class of drugs known as retinoids. It works by decreasing facial oil (sebum) production. High amounts of sebum can lead to severe acne. If left untreated, severe acne may cause permanent scarring.

8. The way I see it a chemical-based solution may do harm to your sensitive skin. Best way to approach this predicament is using home remedies that uses natural and organic ingredients. You can consult this site http://www,get--rid--of--acne.com for more solutions.

9. Hi Donna

The first thing to do when treating acne is to have a plan, the one I would suggest is a 5 point plan as follows:

1. Cleanse your skin at least 3 times a day as follows: use soap and water but make sure the soap is very gentle and does not contain detergents or mineral oil. You can find one at various Natural or Organic skin stores. Blot your face dry with a towel don't rub it.

2.Exfoliate your skin using a facial polish - this helps to normalize oil production and improves the skin surface. Do this twice a week

3. Use a skin toner - this helps to remove and prevent blackheads by removing soap residues, impurities and make up residues, it also helps to restore the correct Ph value. You can use a spritzer or cotton wool buds to apply it.

4. Use a day and night acne cream which kills and prevents bacteria and at the same time moisturizes your skin.

5. Finally - Make-Up - try not to use make-up in the period when you are treating your skin. I know this will be difficult but it will pay off. If you must use make-up - use a make-up without mineral oil - use instead a dry mineral, natural ingredient based make-up.

All the above products can be found on the internet by searching for Natural or Organic Acne Treatment Products - but don't just go for the first ones you find, really search for products which comply with the steps I've shown above.
